Good morning.

My name is Arthur Pagonis. I live in Perth. I run a coal and
iron ore trading business from Western Australia and
Queensland. I have been in touch with you before.

I have been gradually building up contacts in the Indonesian
Coal industry because of links with my 2 Agents in Beijing and
Shanghai.

Edward Zhang and Gordon Zhou both work in higher profile roles
within corporations in the materials and building industries
in the 2 big cities.

They send me a regular stream of LOIs and ICPOs, but the
Indonesian Coal companies I have approached so far have
indicated they have no coal to sell. I have been chasing
5100-4900 GCV in large quantities and 6300-6100 NAR for
100,000 X 12 monthly shipments.

The top few companies in Indonesia all seem to have marketing
arms.

The other entity I have dealt with is Coal Trade Indonesia,
which is a marketing group run by Jon Goodman, an Englishman.
I visited with them in January.

Essentially he needs an ICPO to wave under the noses of small
to mid size Miners to do business.

The Chinese Buyers my agents bring are excellent companies in
Steel and Power Plants and Government Logistics and want their
coal packaged CFR.

They are very keen to establish a regular source of reputable,
good quality coal. We also need to work with an organisation
who will remunerate us in the way of commissions.
